0. How this works
Everything below is generated in your browser — your details are never sent anywhere until you copy, download or print a document. Nothing here is a substitute for going to your bank branch in person: an emailed recall plus a stamped branch visit is what actually works.
- Bank / wallet recall — document 1. Go to your bank's fraud desk today with a printed copy. Ask for an acknowledgement stamp.
- Police complaint — document 2. Cyber Bureau by email or in person; this is what makes the freeze legal.
- Wallet dispute — document 3. Only if you paid through eSewa / Khalti / IME Pay / connectIPS — each has a short deadline.
- Regulator escalation — if the bank or wallet ignores you, complain at gunaso.nrb.org.np (Nepal Rastra Bank).
- Add your proof to the dossier — upload your receipt here so your transaction is part of the case file handed to the Cyber Bureau.
Your details
1. Bank / wallet recall request

2. Complaint — Nepal Police Cyber Bureau
Email it to cyberbureau@nepalpolice.gov.np, or hand it in at Bhotahity, Kathmandu — or at your nearest district police office, which is required to register it and forward it. Bring your citizenship/NID copy.

This kit generates letters from your own details in your browser. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee recovery — but a documented, same-day recall request plus a police complaint is the only route that has ever returned money from an advance-fee scam. Report anything the kit gets wrong to dewanimran904@gmail.com.
